Quoting Process

  • How do I get a quote?
    Reach out to us via email or through our website. We'll provide a written quote within 24-48 hours, detailing the cost, description, shipping, and lead time. If needed, renderings can also be requested at this stage. All quotes remain valid for 30 days.


  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, contact us with your previous quote and purchase order (PO). Ensure the PO has all necessary details. Upon receipt, we'll confirm and send an Order Acknowledgement, Renderings, and Deposit Invoice within 24-48 hours.


  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Credit Card, ACH Bank transfers, and paper checks. Credit Card payments and ACH transfers are processed promptly, with no additional fees. For Credit Card payments, we may give you a Credit Card Authorization form.

Post-Order Process

  • What happens after I place an order?
    After receiving your order, we'll send an order acknowledgement and rendering packet for review. Written approval is required before production begins. We'll also provide updates 6 weeks and 3 weeks prior to shipping, with the latter including the final balance invoice.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    Contact us immediately for any order changes. We assess changes on a case-by-case basis, and fees may apply. You have 10 days from order placement to cancel for credit. Cancellations after this period will result in a forfeiture of all payments.

Product Details

  • What should I know about the wood used?
    Our Live Edge projects utilize Reclaimed Material like Ash, Oak, or Walnut. Each piece is unique, with variations in color, tone, and grain. Live Edge dimensions may vary slightly, as highlighted in renderings.


  • How do you ship your products?
    We offer two options: Crated to a Receiving Warehouse or White Glove Delivery. Most items are shipped in custom crates to a Receiving Warehouse. White Glove delivery, which includes direct delivery to the client's location, is available at an additional cost. We provide photos and tracking information before shipping. All projects are photographed prior to crateing.

  • What should I expect when ordering?
    After submitting your project details, we'll provide slab options and pricing. Once you've made your selection, we'll assist in designing your custom base and other details.

  • Where do you source your wood?
    We collaborate with local millers and also source logs from tree removal companies. All wood is dried in our advanced vacuum kiln.

  • How do I care for my table?
    Use only a wet cloth for cleaning, avoiding harsh chemicals. For stubborn stains, a soft natural soap is recommended. Over time, you might need to renew the finish.
