Customized Furniture & Returns

  • No Returns on Customized Furniture: We take pride in crafting unique pieces tailored to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns on any customized furniture.

  • Cancellation Charges: If you decide to cancel an order after work has commenced, charges will apply for the work done, including design time.

  • Special Orders: Custom and special orders are non-returnable and cannot be canceled once placed due to the bespoke processes involved. This includes personalized, logo-branded, and all types of furniture pieces.

Return Policy for Custom and Made-to-Order Products

  • No Returns on Custom Products: Custom and Made-to-Order products are non-returnable. All deposits for these products are non-refundable.

  • Claims: In the rare event of an issue, please notify us within five (5) business days of receipt. No returns will be accepted on products that have been installed, altered, or damaged.

  • Nature of Real Wood: Our products are crafted from genuine wood, which reacts to environmental factors. While we take precautions in wood selection and crafting, there's a possibility of natural changes like warping or cracking. Such changes, though rare, enhance the rustic charm of the product.

Standard Furniture Returns

  • 30-Day Return Policy: If you're not fully satisfied with a standard, non-customized piece, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 20% restocking charge. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • Condition for Returns: Returned furniture must be in a condition fit for resale. Any costs to restore the furniture to this condition will be deducted from the refund. Prior authorization is required for all returns.

Refund Policy

  • Feedback: We appreciate when customers inform us upon safely receiving their purchase. If you have concerns, please reach out before leaving any feedback, and we'll strive to address the situation.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, and if the item isn't returned in its original state, the buyer will be charged for any loss in value.

  • Customer Satisfaction: At 1 of a Kind Live Edge Slabs, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you're not pleased with your purchase, please contact us, and we'll work diligently to find a solution that benefits both parties.
